Personal Deception

Prep time: 0 min

Time duration: 15-20 min

Player count: 3-8

Best for: Know your teammates on a deeper level and trick your opponents with lies

A lot of times, there are internal friendships and comradery within the team. That’s just normal human behaviour. Some of the teammates know each other better than others. But there's another side of the coin to it; many members don't have those deep friendships and are often sailing alone.

To bring the team together and try to bridge this gap, personal deception is a great game. A prompt will come for everyone to answer, like - Guri’s nickname in school was __.

Guri knows this answer, so he will put the correct answer. Others will try to remember or will try to put an answer that everyone believes is the correct answer.

Your job is to trick everyone into selecting your dummy answer. Not only does this bring out the funny and quick-thinking side of players, but it also connects the team on a deeper level as they will get to know each other much better.
