Space Access Controls

Create memorable, custom space links that are unique to your organization
Set who can enter: members only, or members and guests
Set how guests get in: anyone with the link joins straight away, or guests knock and wait for a member to let them in
Set where guests can go: the whole space, or only the guest areas you pick, plus your public channels
Design personalized landing pages with custom branding, description, and working hours

Guest Management

Guest areas open the rooms you pick and leave the rest members-only. Guests reaching a members-only room are asked to sign in, so a client call and your team's own rooms can live in the same space
Guests can use the Cosmos desktop app without signing up, by pasting the invite link into the app's top bar
Welcome external guests with customized space landing pages without requiring account creation
Offer after-hours visitors the option to book meetings through calendar integration when the space is inactive
Set individual meeting rooms to be locked, preventing uninvited participants from joining
Control guest permissions including removal and limiting broadcast capabilities
