Calendar Integration

Install the Cosmos Video Add-on for Google Calendar, and easily set your Cosmos office as the default place for your team's meetings. You can even select which meeting room you want to hold the meeting in.

The meetings tool

Popout Videos

If you are on another tab, you can pop the videos out, so that you don't stop seeing others during a meeting. You can mute your audio and video directly from the popout.

The meetings tool

Private Meetings

For conversations you want privacy for, you can lock meeting rooms to ensure no one can just walk in. If someone wants to enter a locked room, they can knock and everyone inside the room will receive a notification to unlock the room.

The meetings tool

/cosmos on Slack

Start a meeting in Cosmos by typing “/cosmos” command anywhere in your Slack workspace.

Create visibility

The meetings tool

Status

You can set yourself to Available, Listening, Away. While in “Listening”, your mic and video are turned off, but you can hear if others come to you to ask a question.

The meetings tool

Meeting topics

You can set meeting topics in the sidebar to let others know what you're discussing. This will send a notification on Slack. If your colleagues feel this is relevant to them, they can join in.

The meetings tool

Slack Notifications

Notifications are sent to Slack Channel when someone enters your team's office link or a new discussion with a meeting topic starts.

The meetings tool

Join office page

When you are entering the team's office link it shows all the discussions that are happening inside the office. Colleagues can join the discussions directly or enter the lobby. If attendees are guests (not members of the team), they will see an option to knock.

The meetings tool

Status Bar (Mac/Windows app)

If you download the Mac/Windows app, a status bar app will be available in your status bar. This will allow you to see what meetings are happening in your Cosmos office without being present in the office.
