We're a big bunch, 60 strong, and let me tell you, keeping everyone on the same page was a bit like herding cats before Cosmos. Our days were crammed with Slack pings, waiting on replies, and, honestly, feeling a bit isolated.
Our work's pretty detailed. Each one of us is juggling between 10-15 clients, meaning there's a ton of chatting needed for everything from feedback to quick questions about projects. Before Cosmos, it was Slack all day, every day. Got a question? Drop it in Slack and then sit around twiddling your thumbs waiting for an answer. It wasn't just slow; it was plain frustrating.
Now, when Cosmos came along, there was a bit of side-eyeing. "We got work to do, not a game to play," was the vibe. But boy, did that vibe change quickly once we got the hang of Cosmos. It was no longer about chasing people down on Slack. Need something? Pop over to their virtual desk. It brought back that office buzz we were missing — that easy back-and-forth you have when you can just swing by someone’s desk. It's like we're all cruising around the same office, bantering and brainstorming without missing a beat.
It's brought us closer, not just on work stuff but as a team. We're in it together, riding through the ups and downs. Logging into Cosmos is now the heart of our day — it's where we sort through the nitty-gritty and share a laugh or two (or more). For a team that needs connection and productivity, Cosmos has been a lifesaver. It's like, despite being miles apart, we’re right there with each other, getting the work done and having a good laugh too.
