Who Said It Best is a party-style writing game where everyone answers the same prompt with the funniest or most creative reply they can invent, then the group votes on their favourites. It is designed for remote teams of roughly 3 to 12 players and runs inside a Cosmos Video space at a game table, with no separate download.

## Rules

1. Every player receives the same prompt at the start of the round.
2. Each player writes a creative or funny reply to the prompt.
3. All answers are shown to the group anonymously.
4. Players vote for the reply they think is best.
5. The writer of each voted answer scores points.
6. A new prompt starts the next round and play continues for several rounds.
